Due to the nature of our products, all items sold are non-returnable and non-refundable. Our products are food items, and for safety and hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit where applicable.

Exceptions
Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed or delivered.
